I am a strong believer in looking good at a bargain.  Wearing designer clothing is nice and if you can afford it, then go for it.  But, when you have to budget your money, you must shop wisely.

One of my wise shopping heavens is the catalog Chadwick's (some of you may know them as Chadwick's of Boston).  I've been a fan of theirs for years and feel they always manage to help their customers stay fashion forward at great prices.  They just keep getting better.
